    Juicy Couture & Paper Magazine honor NYU Student Photographer

    Pam and I wanted to tell you about our cool photo competition held by Juicy and Paper Magazine. The contest was called, "Shoot Your Style", and was a competition for NYU’s Tisch School of Arts students* Ok, there were so many photographs entered it took us 3 episodes of Gossip Girls to choose our winner! So congratulations! and Wooo Hooo!...to...wait for it...Max Lakner!!!! - the 19 year old film major from New York City. Max’s universe is totally original as is his understanding of composition, lighting and subject matter. His sense of composition is great- we love his saturated colors!

      To celebrate Max’s win and show off his original photographs we held a party at our Juicy Couture store on Bleecker Street in New York.

      Here’s some stuff about Max...
    Max’s Hungarian and Russian background influence his visions and give him a very continental viewpoint. He works closely with his collaborator and muse-manqué Leah Hennessey, creating pataphyisical realist dream-scapes, turning beautiful people into chimeras. Max is inspired by Federico Fellini, Lieko Shiga, Guy Bourdin, and Juergen Telle. He says when he was young he wanted to be a novelist but after picking up a camera at the age of 13, he knew that photography was his future.

      in my school only half of the girls in all of the grade levels wear juicy. I love juicy and it is so fierce! i would love to be a fashion designer when i go to college and juicy is my inspiration! well done!

      i am going to see your new shop in London soon for my birthday in december. its going to be so great, i saw the picture of the juicy mini outside the new shop.OMG i have always wanted one. a pink one with a brown roof. juicy all on it. :) !!!!!!!

      omgggggg, i love juicy. it's pretty hot :P !

      i'm from canada and we have juicy, but i like going to grove city for the stuff on sale ;)

      expensive, but worth it ;]

      just bought this adooorable black n white tie dye sweater with gold zipper

      SOO CUUTE!

      and yeahh i like juicy should make a cosmetic line, i love their pens & pencils they make lmfaooo

      and it would be cute if they had that same look [pink-gold] and i would looove juicy eye liner, ;D

      i like totally worship juicy my whole bedroom is nothing butt juicy my car to everything i touch turns to juicy i went to nordstrom last week and spent wait justlet me get my receit $1976.49 thats like alot right on just juicy butt i dont care i like totally adore it. so ill probobly spend more with my girlfreinds tomorrow were going to rodeo dr baby xxxxlv ya peace out

      i think G&P should do a competition or design their very own bedroom furniture! that would be amazing ..i have everything juicy alreeady, tracksuits, shoes, bags, socks, underwear, t-shirts everything!!! i have a bracelet with lots of collected charms but all i need now is a juicy couture bedroom! that would be amazinngggggg

      OMG ROXYCHICA101 IS RIGHT U GUYS SHOULD MAKE A COSMETIC LINE I WOULD BUY IT FROM U GUYS ALL THE TIME. U COULD SELL EYELINER, LIPSTICKS, LIP GLOSS, EYE SHADOW, BLUSH, NAIL POLISH, MASCARA AND ALL THOSE STUFF. THAT WOULD BE SOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD DIE FOR IT.       omg almost every1 @ my skool has something Juicy in their closets. All winter long the girls come in velour tracksuits. One time, me and this seventh grader got in a fight about how much Juicy we each have. I won, of course! I have everything from Juicy charms to Juicy gloves to Juciy underwear and a Juicy tray where I keep nail polish and lip gloss. I think I would DIE (!) if I met Pam and Gela. And, P&G, if you read this, I think you should make a cosmetics line, with lip glosses, nail polishes, and eye shadows. It would be very cute!!

      Hi Gela and Pamela,

      This is Patsy from Cali. I think that there should be a Design a Juicy Hoodie competition. I have a good idea for one. A thermal hoodie with zebra print and a gold zipper! If you were to make this I would snatch it up right away and I believe that many other girls who like stuff would also.

      Hey G&P, It's Apple from Hong Kong. The photos from the competition were awesome!!! My god! Actually, I am thinking of the competition of "Design Juicy Couture charm" ,I got a few idea of that already!!!

      I am so obsessed with the Juicy charms, I collected them since 2005. The first charm I bought is poison apple. Same as "juicy bouquet"(above) said, do you have the charm list, we are really scare of buying the fake charm. There are some rare and retired sell in ebay, but we dont know if Juicy couture even have this charm b4......

      At my school everyone is sooooooo obsessed with juicy. 90% of the girls have juicy hoddies in at least three colors! we don't even call them juicy hoodies- we just call them "Juicies". We dont even have a uniform, but everyone wears their juicy every day, so they dont even need one! It's reallyawesome, actually! My friends that go to other schools all trade juicies for a week at a time so we can have even more juicies. There is even one girl there who is like a juicy guru and tats all she wears! XOXO SCA
